Qualification Requirements:

• • Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation.
  • A credit score of 650 or higher.
  • A valid photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Real ID, Resident Alien Card)
  • Good/positive rental history.
  • Sufficient income. The gross household income must be three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

We use an Online Application Form:

• • Please fill out our application carefully and completely. Incomplete applications will only delay the processing.
  • Be sure to include your name and property you are applying for.
  • Every resident over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
  • Please be sure to e-sign and date your application.
  • Once the application is completed, email your id/ driver’s license and proof of income to info@pasopm.com

Previous Residential History:

• • Please provide at least five (5) years of your previous rental/residential history.

Proof of Income – please choose only one (1) method of proof to submit (not all):

• • Copies of your paycheck stubs – last 2-3 most recent stubs
  • Copies of your bank statement- 2-3 months, most recent statement
  • Copies of your tax returns/documents – last year’s returns

*Please provide proof of income for every person contributing to the household income.

Pet Screening:

Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not.

Credit Report:

Once your completed application is received, we will send all adults an email to a credit reporting link for you to complete and pay the fee(s). A valid email address is required to complete this step. This fee is paid directly to the credit reporting agency and is nonrefundable.
